We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town. We loved being in an old historical building, just steps away from the city's main square. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the 24-hour room service to the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi, this venue truly had it all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. And let's not forget about the spa and wellness center - the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.
We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Exellent location, spa was great for my taste. Our children liked the place very much. It was clean and neat.
Bathroom sink did not work in one of our bethrooms (we had two rooms) and was not fixed despite of our complaint. Air conditoining would be a good additoin to facilities.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the helpful staff who spoke great English to the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa and pool areas which were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was right next to the city main square and close to transportation, including the bus terminal and free airport shuttle.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Tastefully decorated hotel with good SPA facilities. The hotel offers several kinds of saunas. The overall experience was good.
The wireless Internet the hotel provides doesn't work in all rooms. some of the reception staff speak poor English, however they are still helpful.

Good place to stay for a couple days in Saaremaa island. I liked a size of a hotel, quite small and comfortable, position on main street of Kuressaare town, within a short walk to beautiful park and castle. Spa was good for a couple hours, different saunas, pool was quite small and cold for me but a lot of families with kids liked it and spend a lot of time there... Room and bathroom was clean, hitted floors in the bathroom, bathrobes. Breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of choises warm and cold food, good coffee. Rose, the hotel restaurant in brick cellar is something one should not miss, food is excellent with local touch and produce, well prepared, good house wines. Friendly staff, good relation of quality and price, best place for nice dinner on the island.
Our standard twin room on the ground floor was too warm and matrasses need to be replased, they were quite bowly on the middle, my back was sore in the morning. Carpeted quite worn floors, I was worried to step there with bare feet, bring some slippers. May be more expensive rooms upstairs are better, but in general hotel leaves impression it is in heavy use.

We're staying in a great spot in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from public transport to and from the airport. It's down in the street and very close to the city center, and it makes it easy to hop around the town. the room is comfortable and comes with fantastic service. Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, and the Spa features an array of saunas, pools, and treatments that keep us busy all day long.
There is a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the shower area, which seems to persist despite the hotel's efforts.

The spa area was a highlight of our city trip. The pool was under a beautiful glass roof and felt like a luxury experience. We also enjoyed the comfortable bathrobes and the fact that the spa was easily accessible from our room. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions a short walk away.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, served in a dimly lit area that felt quite cramped. , the shower temperature in the spa area was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy fully.

Breakfast tables were not cleaned enaugh timely- we had to eat at table with dirty dishes from previous clients.

The choice at breakfast is adequate.
Beware that standard singles or doubles available for booking here at Booked.net are extremely small in size and located in the worst part of the hotel facing the road. The showers are simply terrible - the bathroom floor was flooded within seconds. Not impressed at all and would not recommend.
